Aurora Slot Car Race Video #4

Here we have an Aurora slot car race between a yellow Dune Buggy with a roll bar and a green Dune Buggy with a white and red top (both Thunderjets).  My son recorded the video.  Once again I am the two handed racer!  The green Dune Buggy was received as a gift in 1969.

Our Dune Buggies seem to do a great job of hugging the track.  While other cars seem to want to spin in the curves, the Dune Buggies just go crazy.  It's pretty cool when you tune-up one of the Dune Buggies and then watch it scream around the track.

It's not possible to see it in the video, but we have black silicone tires with white walls on each Dune Buggy.  I suppose they are largely responsible for helping these cars take the turns so well.
