VOX Orbiter Amplifier
Back in 1979 I bought a VOX Orbiter Amplifier to play electric guitar along with a couple friends. The amplifier with "ampliphonic sound" still works fine. Recently I tried to find more details about the amplifier and through the magic of the Internet I found some. From a few sources it appears the amplifier was made in 1967.
In searching for details I came across a helpful website; The VOX Showroom
! There are pictures of many VOX amplifiers and tons more. Also included is the 1967 VOX Ampliphonic Orbiter Amplified Music Stand Owner's Manual. One other item of interest is a "My 1960's Vox Band" Photo Gallery webpage. The old pictures are great! Things sure have come a long way since then.
